Thanks for all the work in assembling this information. Also, nicely presented. While studying the melt-water pulses, sea levels, migration paths, palo-climate, burst glacial lakes, blonds-in-china, underwater archeology (what little of it there is), an idea struck me. The predicted bottleneck in humanity 70KYA was backwards. Not a bottleneck, but a genetic leap in 1 or 2 valleys in central Asia. We all spread from there in clans over the initial numbers of generations. Each clan took with it a subset of the haplotypes. I think these smart forebearers ascended to incredible technologically in a few generations. Then the last ice age happened. We rebuilt, but everything points to a calamity exactly at meltwater pulse 1a... 13-14kya when th4e eustatic sea level rose 20m in <200 years. It could have risen 20m 1 year considering when the ice sheet glacial lakes burst into the ocean. So, here we are starting again. This time we have wasted a lot of time re-achieving high-tech.
